The Grossmiller Agency is looking for a sales and customer-oriented individual. Licensed Sales Producers will have the opportunity to work as a member of a team of professionals focused on providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, families and businesses.
Established in 1978, this is a 2nd generation agency relocating to a new retail office space in a highly desired area with virtually unlimited earnings potential. Management will provide marketing materials, telemarketing leads, cross-sell opportunities, advertising, etc.
Key Responsibilities include:
– Ability to work in a high-paced environment
– Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction
– Deepening relationships with customers by selling additional products
– Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed
– Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products and brokered products where available
– Prospecting and generating new business through leads, referrals and cold-calling
– Generating quotes at high volumes
– Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems
– Maintain required licenses
Experience needed:
– Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
– Confident, self-starter who works well independently as well as part of a team
– Efficient and driven to fulfill customer needs
– Strong computer skills
– Ability to multi-task
– Strong organizational skills
– A Property & Casualty license with 2 years sales experience (Life & Health license in addition is preferable)
As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will be an employee of the agency and not of Allstate Insurance Company or its affiliates. Agency staff members perform the fundamental role of servicing customers, supporting the agency owners and building strong relationships within the community.
